Week 4: Pitch a world
Monday - HOLIDAY
Tuesday - Continue skill rotations from last week (Blender/Unity/Video)
Wednesday - Brainstorm VR applications. Choose 3 from those collected by the class (VR RESULTS below) that are similar to what you'd like to pursue. Find 3 more (not in the class list) that match your idea for a VR world. Add these to the class list.
Thursday - Outline your VR world idea. Include the need that would be served, the technologies needed, the storyline, interactions, and suggestions for authentic audience members.
Friday - Prepare a pitch of your idea. Make it impactful and compelling. Include analyses of your examples, feasibility, and mockups if possible. Include examples of VR worlds that the panelists can experience. Pitch your VR world to 4-5 peers. Collect their feedback (and provide feedback to them). Begin an in depth research process. Share your pitch with Dr. Don.
