Please advise students to choose the track (Beginner or Experienced) based on the their experience, computer capabilities and time investment. It is suggested that students work on the Beginner courseunless they have previous coding experience. Should you need a refresher on the differences in tracks, you can find the information here. - The Quick Start Guide provides step-by-step directions needed to complete Choose to Code for both teachers & students.
- Each student will need a Microsoft account in order to sign in and complete the Choose to Code tutorials. Please ensure your students create this account prior to beginning. If students already have a Microsoft account—used to sign in to Xbox Live, Outlook.com, or OneDrive—they can use their existing account. If students do not have a Microsoft account, you can direct them to create one at http://signup.live.com.
